Nostalgia & History > Blue MondayDate: 07/06/20 07:48 Blue Monday Author: WichitaJct The GP7. Don't know how many were made--probably in the thousands. They were the workhorse of railroads from the 50s through the 70s. Kinda a plain looking (better than the BL2) but functional. It's hard not to be sentimental; about the GP7, and the F7, which were once such a part of raiiroading. MP 295 at Wichita (Ks.) 10 February 1973 by Allan Ramsey.
