Information or Photo Request: MILW Locotrol Equipment

I'm looking for a photograph, or information regarding the locotrol equipment in the cabs of The Milwaukee Road's locotrol leaders. 

Specifically how and where the box and associated gear were mounted in the cab and on the control stand.  I'm assuming that it was 'Locotrol 1' equipment.

I'm not sure if the equipment or where it was mounted on the control stand varied between the GP40's and SD40-2's or not either.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

There was a horizontal box on top of the control stand with numeric displays and electrical switches. There was a vertical box on top of the air brake stand with 2 pairs of round push pull buttons and a red emergency button at the top.

In the short hood I believe there were 2 grey metal boxes with no crew access.

couple images on a BC Rail unit. This was Locotrol 1 back in the 70's. If I recall BCR modified the locotrol console raising up for better vison out the front windows.
