A westbound Penn Central train of what looks like empty hoppers is headed by PC 3170, 6323, 6316, and 2415. This train is in Alliance, Ohio on July 6, 1972.

Very interesting photo. Those hoppers might be B&LE, which got around both east and west of the Alleghenies from time to time. Glad to see the PRR signal bridge in the background. Thank for sharing.
