1990: Amtrak's Capitol Limited and WB Tower

The date is September 24, 1990 as Amtrak's "Capitol Limited" is westbound pass WB Tower in Brunswick, Maryland. On the right is MARC train 273 with MARC 72 (GP39H-2) being the power that can be seen in this image. Its heritage is ex-PC 3243 and CR 3243.
