The Choice Of A New Generation

Flashing back to an old Pepsi slogan:  Here's the first "Pepsi Can," #500, leading northbound #392, The Illini, at DeSoto, Illinois, on January 9, 1997.

There!  That sentence had enough commas to make my old English teacher panic.

Nice catch, and, I believe, some are still employed by Cal Trans, as well as Amtrak switchers. There, more commas.

Some people think you can never have enough commas, but in your case, I think you have the right amount, maybe.  Nice cold Pepsi shot.

A grammar rule:  Avoid the use of commas, which aren't necessary.
