Interesting video, thanks for posting.  CNW was using this former GN facility at this time.  The BN had decamped to Northtown.  CNW would later close this operation down and the roundhouse seen in the photo was removed.  This spot is now the home of MILW 4-8-4 261 in the metal building with the garage door, not any of the roundhouse.
