Looking for some color yard and or train photos taken during the 1960s to 1970s. Anyone have a source? Not intereted in copying just to use for information of lettering and colors of cars during that time period for modeling purposes.

I don't know if that's what he was looking for but I'll sure take em! Espcially those last two shots!!! Were those taken off the Hulan street bridge? What's the date on those?

Those are KB King photos from the   ice house.  of  the 200 yard of the T&P in Ft Worth in the 1960's... I think the F unit and GP-7 are from the east local since it appears to have tank cars filled with LPG in Ranger. Judging by the shadows it is in town earlier than normal.  Might not have had much work on that day.  He must have in an airplane to have gotten the one of the ice house because a light pole never would have gotten him up that high.

Check out the lounge chair on the roof of T&P caboose 2424!  That's pretty classy.

Those overhead yard shots are great but looking for something so you can see the sides of the cars. Ocasionally see a photo or two show up here but looking for a site where there are some more views.
