The (RR) EB peddler crossing Jalama Creek where it meets the Pacific.   I missed mainline steam, but at least I was witness to the simple pleasure of cabooses!

Nice shots.  That view is largely overgrown now, at least from the 101.

No, this is out at Jalama Beach- way way off 101. Between Surf and Gaviota.
It hasn’t changed too much. I was out there a couple times last year. (For lunch!)

My mistake, thought this was shot at the trestle just north of Goleta.  The road under the trestle threw me.  I lived in Lompoc for 10 years and frequently Jalama eery once in a while (needed a good burger, you know!).  Beautiful area and fun place to camp.  Again, great shots..
