A walk along a track in the Barr Yard engine facility.
Probably in 1969.
Common power along the B&OCT

For a look at what it was like in the mid-1980's go to a popular video sharing sight 
and search for "Last Run on the B&OCT".  Scenes of Barr Yard and East Chicago.
