Is this the same as Nevada State Railroad Museum #8?

This vintage photo shows a scene at Wichita Falls TX.
That locomotive is presumably FW&DC #8.
Could it be the same #8 that is now at the NSRM in Carson City?  That locomotive was
originally DT&FW #8 and had some missing years of history before showing up on the D&R
in Arkansas.

[I had the opportunity to ride behind #8 and Sierra RR #3 during a special double header on
the Sierra RR in 1979 or so.]
