Old Days - Conrail in Binghamton NY

Conrail is four years old and is very much turning blue by now, but train watching is still very interesting however changed up.

Binghamton NY down by the Erie's QD Shop we catch CR 6024 an ex PRR / PC SD35  with ex Erie Lackawanna GP35 #2584 now CR blue 3690 and ex Penn Central U23B 2729.

One more .....

July 26, 1980

CR SD45 6194 (exPRR / PC) rests alongside CR 8671 at QD Shop.

The 8671 is an ex Lehigh Valley SW8 (#257).
