When Duane took these photos, the I want to say 55th Street Bridge had a neat staircase ouo could take from the bridge to the yard level, with an intermediate platform you could shoot from and no one bothered you on that stair case, as long as you stayed on it. Several years ago this bridge was replaced and while there are still sidewalks on the bridge, the stiarcase is gone and the usual anti-vandal fencing is up. I can be corrected on the street name.
