They were second-hand units of SP origin that were rebuilt by MK in 1996. I think they wear the KCS colors at the time rather well. Here #4501 leads an all EMD consist westward through Omaha on 11/06/99.

Date: 09/14/21 22:34 Re: A KCS Tunnel Motor Author: PHall Looks like MK totally redid the headlights. Normally on SP units the headlight and red UDE light are on the nose while the twin white gyralite is up between the number boards.
