A KCS Tunnel Motor

KCS only rostered a handful of SD45T2's (ten, I believe).  They were second-hand units of SP origin that were rebuilt by MK in 1996.  I think they wear the KCS colors at the time rather well.  Here #4501 leads an all EMD consist westward through Omaha on 11/06/99.

Looks like MK totally redid the headlights. Normally on SP units the headlight and red UDE light are on the nose while the twin white gyralite is up between the number boards.
They have the headlights up between the number boards and the twin white gyralites down on the nose.

The SP numberboard font really makes these pop!  Also all of the lights!   Some of my favorite KCS locos that didn't stick around too long...
