Nice collection!

Those CB&Q cars were the nicest riding piece of railroad equipment ever!  Check out those ancient wood beam trucks, still used through the 1960's!

I love that CB&Q hack! But I'm guessing I probably wouldn't have liked working in it as much...

As per Logging Railroads of Weyerhaeuser's Vail-McDonald Operation, the Chehalis Western caboose was their #543, came from the Milwaukee Road, and worked for Weyerhaeuser before that.
