June 9 1967-from the Roosevelt Road Bridge-Rock Island Suburban train pulled by an F9 [Edit-RI only had F7s] - Dearborn Station in the background

I can't read the eng number, but it is an F7 as the RI did not have any F9's.
The RI had 3 Passenger F7's - 675-677.

Thanks for the correction.
I am puzzled by the person going in the door.  Not sure what was going on.
Where did the HEP come for the suburban cars?  Did each car have a generator as Canadian Pacific did?

Not from the unit, back in those days.
