Tunnel Motor Trio
Author: Espee1001

SP SD40T-2 8254 is in charge of an eastbound freight at Brentwood, Ca. on the long mothballed Mococo line.
SP SD40T-2 8329 departs the yard at Oakland, Ca. with a very short freight and caboose. The old Bay Bridge can be seen in the background.
SP SD45T-2 9254 is leading a westbound stack train at Beaumont Hills, Ca.
Thanks for looking! Randy

Stellar trio Randy, but that last shot is especially so.  Thanks for sharing.

The Mococo shot is awesome. And that second shot from Oakland is interesting, a lot of things in that photo aren’t around anymore, probably the caboose and the engines, the SP for sure, and the East span of the Bay Bridge is no more.

All excellent but the signals at Beaumont are top notch!  Makes me sorry for what I missed out there.
