Please edit your subject title. These are Canadian Pacific, and NOT "Central Pacific".

I'm no expert but I think those double decker stock cars are for pigs or sheep or goats or something in that size range.

Thanks for posting these. I had never heard of a double decker livestock car. Did they only use these in Canada?

In both the US and in Canada there were single deck cars, double deck cars, and "convertable" cars which had a mid-height deck which could be folded up (or down) so the car could be used either way.  All three types were very common.
