Always nice to see one of the Pullman built WWII troop sleepers (especially with the original trucks).
This was a Norfolk&Western one.

IIRC the trucks were called Allied full cushion and at some point in time were no longer qualified for use in interchange service.

I vaguely recall that car. I believe the photo was taken at 47th Street on the C&WI. N&W (Wabash) had a small yard in that vicinity.
