Nostalgia & History > Shortline SundayDate: 01/16/22 09:41 Shortline Sunday Author: swaool Sometimes a shortline doesn't look like a shortline; such as when handling unit coal trains. Here's a C&IM SD38-2/SD9/RS1325/SD38-2 combination with a coal train at Havana, IL on 7/25/77. Lead unit 74 later became UPY 804, and was assigned to Bailey Yard in North Platte NE.
