Was this originally a Seaboard Coast Line SD45?

It is none other than the former SCL 2016.  Did something about the unit give away its Seaboard heritage to you?

2678 was fortunate enough to be picked up by WATCO as their 4238.  I believe it is assigned to the South Kansas and Oklahoma Railroad.

The lack of "SP features" flags it as not a "real" SP unit.
