This is in Eagle Lake,Tx about 50 miles west of Houston on the ex-San Antonio & Aransas Pass

(1) Looking east where till a few years before the line crossed the SP Sunset Route at Tower 115 (out of sight to the right).
As can be seen the line connected to the Sunset Route westbound.

(2) Still looking east but a short distance back (tower was closed at this time).

(3) Eight years before things looked different.
This scene is looking west from the road crossing that can be seen in the first image.
The tower was still in service, the nice semaphore signals didn't last much longer and the branch still crossed at the tower.
