Alexis Tower, Toledo 1989

In this offering of old VHS I took in 1989, a Conrail freight consisting mainly of auto parts traffic hammers the diamonds at Alexis Tower. Love the sound, the variety of road names on those big boxcars, and.....no graffiti!

Good stuff, looks like your typical Detroit Line freight of the time period. Love all these videos you've been posting from around the same time I was hitting up all those Detroit area spots that I grew up around. Keep 'em coming...

I like that the speed was quite normal over a big set of diamonds.  A track gang had done their work well.
