ICG SD20 ex-B&O variant

ICG SD20 #2040 rests at East Hazel Crest, IL on April 16, 1988. This was one of the 4 SD20 variants that were rebuilt from ex-B&O SD35's. #2040 was previously the B&O's #7440.
Rebuilt in December 1982 to the ICG #2040.

#7440 as it would have looked when acquired by ICG for a SD20 core...
