I see a B&O GP40, but I also see a Santa Fe GP7 or GP9, so that GP40 could very well be wearing a Santa Fe 9000-series number, given that this was taken in 1979.

Since those roads shared the use of HB&T's Milby Street engine terminal would they have ever collected power and moved them together to/from Milby Street for servicing purposes?

The CB&Q SD45's were delivered in that pre-BN green with wide white stripe. Someone probably has a photo to post if you can't find a sample of that scheme.
