Three decades ago, a quartet of eastbound moves through Williams Junction, Arizona became a morning show worthy of the time to record. The only train shown in its entirety is the third one.

Man that's great!  Love hearing those EMDs; I sure miss that sound.  And to think of those 2 paint schemes that we lost with the Pumpkins, sure is depressing.  And that consist coming off the Phoenix line!  Great!  And the pole line up top, 6 crossarms!

That military train is quite interesting.  Never would've expected standard (leased) pig trailers mixed in.  Looks like they were all on our cars that could be circus loaded.  Plus those uncovered auto racks that Santa Fe kept precisely for these moves on the front end.
