One of Roger Puta's Blue Hour Photos

He did made Canadian National photo in May of 1985.  The best guess at the location is near Peers, Alberta.

The Blue Hour is the hour before sunrise and the hour after sunset.  The Golden Hour is the hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset.
