What a great set of shots. Look at that mud holding the rails in place!

These are nice photos, but oh how the Chessie System was hated by the Western Maryland Railway workers when these old worn out C&O locomotives were transferred over to the WM.  The WM was a well operated and well maintained railroad, and this was a crime for them to now have to operate these former C&O units.
