When I worked for the Muni, PCC 1024 was the first streetcar I ever operated on the J Church Line. Before streetcars, I was a Cable Car conductor for a year and a half. Great days back in the 1970's.

#3 and #4 are on the J line PRW at 21st Street #5 is on Taraval St on the L line #6 is on Duboce at Church St. on the N line. I vaguely remember seeing a trolley on Market near the Civic Center as a kid (early 80’s), and there were still 4 tracks on Market. The trolleys disappeared for a while but we’re back by the time I started working in The City in ‘98.
