From A Glassine Envelope - PRR 6808

This is another black and white photo from a group of negatives in a glassine envelope.
PRR 6808 (ALCO RSD-7) is on the Penn Central scrapline in East Altoona, Pennsylvania in 1969/1970. 6808 is her Penn Central number.
