Santa Fe 7507 is a U23C.

The other L&N unit in photo #6 is GP38 4017, built in July 1970, part of 20-unit order #7257.  I checked to see if it might be L&N 4117, but 4117 was a GP38-2; the unit in the photo does not have a water level sight glass on the long hood and does not have Blomberg M truck sideframes; 4117 had both of these features.

In the Seaboard System era, 4017 wore road number 6238; CSX numbered it 2147 and painted it gray and blue (I find no picture of it with any yellow on it).  This unit then found its way onto UP's roster as their 905 (and wore that oft-ridiculed slogan "We Will Deliver").  These days, it is in the employ of Savage, Inc., working at Delaware City Refinery in Reybold, Delaware.

That does look like East Peoria on the TP&W, but I'm wondering about the date.  Santa Fe Motive Power shows AT&SF CF7 2435 sold for scrap in May 1984, and Gene Crossett's roster shows it going to Metal Processing Industries near El Paso, TX to meet its demise that month.
