Here's one of those photos that resides in my 'mystery' file .... the photo is the extent of the info I have about it!

Given the 3 digit number, this is post the 1956 renumbering.   I think the tender is shorter than the as built version.   I will GUESS  this was in helper service where the larger tender was not useful.    Others will know more

Based on the power poles and hillside, my guess would be Holloway, Ohio, a long-gone division point on the CL&W Sub between Benwood, WV and Massillon, Ohio.
