Must have been a water pipe along the bridge for the faucet at each barrel. Then on the covered part of the bridge the barrels are on top -- must be more room than it looks, next to the track. Long Ravine bridge Author: Railpax71 Certainly before 1875 as neither shot zoomed in shows traces of the Nevada County Narrow Gauge that would run below the covered bridge portion of the long Ravine trestle.
