A dome-dormitory-coffee shop car built by Budd in 1956 for the Denver Zephyr.
At New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal.

sucks we lost it's sister car the silver cup to fire damage in Hudson, colo, finally scrapped a few years ago at gateway

This car really hasn't fared any better, as it was gutted by VIA Rail 25+ years ago to be made into a Skyline car (without a vestibule).  Minimal work was done before those projects were terminated.  The gutted shell still exists under private ownership at Gateway, but there's really nothing left of the original fabric.

That downstairs was the closest thing to a real bar that Amtrak had!
