Interesting catch ! Was "C S Forbes Jr" an ATSF person or a CSS person ? Maybe this was his assigned caboose ?

Clyde Forbes was at one time with Santa Fe, then joined CSS as a member of the management team that was populated with ex-Santa Fe guys.
