They may not be PAs r FP7s, but I thought the SDP45 looked fine on the point of there trains. I remember one day watching the southbound Cascade approach Labish siding at speed, hit the east (SP back then) siding switch and do a bit of a bob & weave. The engineer could be seen holding on to the horn handle, his coffee thermos perched so it could be seen through the front window; it hardly moved. Good times! |
