I filmed from that very spot in 2008.  Was getting pretty overgrown then; I'm sure the view now is probably totally obscured.

Assuming this is the bridge above Oregon Highway 58, it is Salt Creek Trestle.

In the old days, a helper set cut off at Cascade Summit or Crescent Lake might be placed on the point of a eastbound and return to Eugene.

Great variety of equipment, several types of flats.  Thanks for sharing
