I believe Miller was closed by the time I made it that far east.  Neat place.  Have seen it in action on some CSX videos.

Miller closed 9/24/2000 with appropriate ceremony by operator Allen Brougham, assisted by various friends and co-workers.
First pic is same time frame as robj's pics, looking west at an eastbound. The connection to the WM to Hagerstown is on the right.
Second pic is 2001, after the tower was closed, the interlocking and WM connection were moved about 1/2 mile east , close to the grade crossing.
Today the former tower site is overgrown and desolate, while in this pic taken 10/2/2021, Chambersburg-bound IO15 moves onto the WM connection.

Alan was a gracious host as tower operator on the evening the tower closed.  We celebrated. we toasted; we prayed; we worked the 'strong arm' levers, etc.
