CR/PC #4421 E44 leading freight, Summer 1977. No other date or location.

I assume that's another railroad bridge at the top of the photo.

Location is Safe Harbor PA, train is westbound from Perryville MD on Columbia and Port Deposit branch. Trestle above is the double track Atglen and Susquehanna branch, the low grade freight line constructed in the early 1900's to relieve congestion on the PRR east of Harrisburg.

Been there, seen that, but unfortunately never saw a train on either level htere :(

Yes, Agreed that is Safe Harbor on the C&PD line (Atglen & Susquehanna above, which is now a rail trail).  Neat vantage point!
