It's still in the pre-digital era, and the clouds are so thick that even Kodachrome 200 is stretched to its limits. 

But word has it that an FL-9 went all the way west to Niagara Falls yesterday. That makes a return today pretty likely. The deluge has at least stopped by the time he crosses the Mohawk River in Schenectady. 

You  can see a bit of the NYC heritage of this line in the foreground.  There used to be a lot more track here. .
