Can't recall ever seeing a consist on Santa Fe with GP30's MUed to F-units, let alone an ABBA set.  East Peoria would be on the TP&W.

The "B-unit" here is a radio control equipment (RCE) car for controling remote mid-train helpers.  It is presumably being ferried somewhere.
