Slide label: KIT #61 and others FM H10-44. No date or location. Any clues from the coal toewer where this is? Thanks.

I am pretty sure this is the K&IT's Youngtown Yard in Lousiville, Ky.

Absolutely certain photo was taken at Youngtown Yard.
My best estimate of date is early 1960's.

I use to live in Buechel in the east end of Louisville about 13 miles from this location. There was a place looking out my front door that was coal distributor. Back in the fities there were people who still heated their homes with coal. Anyway I remember as a kid seeing these locomotives dropping off or picking cars from there. Only wish that would have been smart enough to take a picture. Then again I ddin't actually get a camera until 1969 and too late for those.
