They were, without any doubt, a first rate organization that kept all their equipment in tip-top shape, thus one might find any combination of locomotives moving their trains. This all stopped once the Chessie System Management took over, sad to say. Thanks for the photo from those good-ole-days. I certainly enjoyed all the excursion trips that I was able to make on the Western Maryland Railway.
