It is July 6, 1980 in Grand Rapids where Toledo, Lake Erie and Western 1 has two tank cars to move in the small yard.

Very interesting tank cars that look like Michigan Chemical Liquid Bromine service acrs, Bromine being extremely heavy in fluid state hence the the tiny tanks. Excellent  photos.

Yes, there is a steam excursion behind the freight. If you check photo two from earlier yesterday, you'll see both locomotives.
