Wasn't the CNW 7000 handling the Association of America Railroads annual gathering of railroad officials with a layover at Glenwood Springs, Colorado-?  UP operated a full C&NW officer's train over the Overland Route once, in 1986 for the AAR convention in Oakland, CA. Led by three new SD50s.  Valmont caught the eastbound train layover at Glenwood Springs, CO.
