It is early (1968/1969) Penn Central in PC's  Collinwood Yard in Cleveland, Ohio. I'm on the north side of the tracks looking towards the engine facility.

Nice shot. Lets see, I spy 3 PC Pntd units, C636-F7A-SW Type; 4 PRR Units, 2 SD45's-1 FP7A-1 RS3, rest are NYC F7's both A & B. Nice group.  Thanks for sharing. Ben
