SP 3473 rail train with sticking brakes 1991

SP 3473 leads the CWR train on the downhill #1 track. One flatcar has sticking brakes and local MoW will radio the train to stop for further inspection.

i wonder if the cabooses were unoccupied - otherwise, they should have seen (or smelled) the brakeshoe smoke about six cars in front of them.
