Guess they didn't use the top headlight? I know CNW blanked their top F Unit light out, but pretty
early for this railroad.

CNW didn't want to pay to maintain the Mars Light so when they absorbed the CGW one of the first things to go was the Mars Lights.
To them it was an avoidable cost.
