A Boston "Blue Line" train '78

I'm not familiar with this line as it was taken on my one and only visit to Boston, but I believe its of a departing Blue Line train leaving Wonderland at the end of the line on it's way back to Boston on 4-24-78.

Wow!  That's pretty cool!  Those cars must not have been around too much longer after that.

These cars were built by St Louis Car Co in 1951 and were retired from MBTA service in 1980, being replaced by cars built by Hawker Siddeley. Two of these St Louis Cars have been preserved at the Seashore Trolley Museum since 1985 but I don't think they are operable.
