A couple mundane Santa Fe photos
Author: WrongWayMurphy

Mundane, that is, unless you like things the way they used to be.

First is labeled Fort Stockton, Texas    Labor Day 1958 (no photog noted)

Second is labeled Amarillo Texas, July '67.   Fred Springer photo

Third says ATSF 2500,  rebuilt ATSF 974 (or maybe 1974) Stockton CA May '75. (no photog noted).

Really like the first two, thank you!  2500 rebuilt from F7 343L in September 1974.

That's a KCM&O-style flat-top tank on stilts alright.  Looks like it had been a dual spout afair, but that by 1958, Santa Fe was pretty confident they wouldn't need steam again.
