A pair of Wisconsin Central flares where you might not expect them - handling CSXT train O682 (which was a Tampa-Taft turn IIRC) on "the transfer" between Uceta and Yeoman yards, Tampa FL, January 3, 2004.  WC 6620 was ex-ATSF 5390, nee-ATSF 5611.
